A quadrant run by two 1.5" hydraulic rams and hydraulic steering pump arrangement in line with the teak steering wheel. The hydraulic steering system is solidly mounted on the stern post which is itself a solid 12 inch x 12 inch piece of timber.

Hydraulic anchor windlass custom built with manual clutch and band break. The windlass can also drive a drum with an estimated 150 meters of rope.
There are 2 x120 kg fisherman style anchors, and 100 metres x 5/8 mm chain galvanized chain in very good condition.
The anchors are stowed on catheads starboard and port of the bow.
The rode on the starboard side is all chain, the rode on the port side is all rope.
